Description

This is an Apprenticeship. Handling claims made against household and motor insurance policies Dealing with the customer with their claim for lost or damaged items and also with other people that the customer has caused damage or injury to. Telephone and written negotiation and settlement of various types of insurance claims. The successful candidate must be prepared to travel all over the country however a car is not required. You will complete Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration QCF, Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration, Level 1 Functional Skills in English and Maths, Employment Responsibilities Rights and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. You must have 5 or 6 GCSE’s C or above or the equivalent and two of them must be English and Maths, you must also be IT Literate.
